Who we are
CallRecoup provides AI call intelligence for home service businesses. This policy covers this website (callrecoup.com) and the CallRecoup app (app.callrecoup.com). You can reach us at hello@callrecoup.com.
What we collect
On this website
- Waitlist form. If you join the waitlist, we collect your name, business name, email, phone system, trade and calls per month. We also record how you reached us: the campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you followed and the page that referred you. Your browser keeps those tags in session storage for the visit. This site sets no cookies of its own.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views and a few button clicks without cookies.
- Abuse prevention. With each waitlist entry we store at most a salted hash of your IP address, never the address itself. We rate-limit form submissions using a hashed form of your IP address. We send the address itself only to Cloudflare Turnstile, for the bot check when you submit the form. The check loads only when you open the waitlist form.
In the app
- Your account details.
- Billing details, handled by Stripe. We never see full card numbers.
- The API keys you connect, stored encrypted.
- Call metadata from the phone platform you connect.
- The call recordings and transcripts we fetch, or you send us, to produce your reports.
How we use it
We use this data to provide your reports and emails, to bill you, and to prevent abuse. We use waitlist details to email you if we add your phone system. When you join the waitlist, we send ourselves a short alert email with your name, business, phone system, trade and calls per month; it leaves out your email address and IP address.
We never sell data.

Advertising
We do not use advertising pixels.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. We delete it within 30 days of cancellation, or on request. Waitlist details are also deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data. Email hello@callrecoup.com and tell us what you need.
Call-recording consent
If you use CallRecoup, you are responsible for complying with the recording-consent laws that apply to your calls.
