The service
CallRecoup is software for home service businesses. It reads the answered, recorded calls in the phone platform you connect and shows which ones AI flags as winnable, why each didn't book, and coaching for the people on your phones, by name. The service runs in the app at app.callrecoup.com. These terms apply when you use this website or the app.
Accounts
You need an account to use the app. Keep your details accurate and your login secure, and tell us at hello@callrecoup.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including by the users you add.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. On annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 12. Current prices are on our pricing page. Each plan includes these limits:
- Starter: 200 analyzed conversations/mo, 1 location, 2 users
- Growth: 600 analyzed conversations/mo, 2 locations, 5 users
- Pro: 1,500 analyzed conversations/mo, 5 locations, Unlimited users
Analyzed conversation = answered call of 20 s+ with a recording. Unanswered calls are tracked free.
Usage over your plan's limits is not billed automatically. If you go over, we'll contact you about upgrading.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Guarantee
If your first 30 days don't surface at least 3 calls you agree were winnable, we refund month 1. To claim it, email hello@callrecoup.com within 45 days of signup.
AI findings
The findings in your reports and emails are AI judgments for you to review. They are not confirmed losses or guaranteed results, and AI can be wrong.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for recording your calls lawfully and for getting any consent the law requires. You confirm that you have the authority to connect the phone platforms and accounts you link to CallRecoup.
Acceptable use
Don't use CallRecoup to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights. Don't try to get around its security or limits, reverse-engineer it or disrupt it, and don't resell it or share your access without our written permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. We only read your data and never change anything in your phone system.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
CallRecoup is provided as is, without warranties beyond those in these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or revenue, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and email account holders about material changes before they take effect.
